The Outdoor Range

"The
outdoor range is open to handguns, rifles, and shotguns. Targets
may be placed at 25 ft, 50 ft, 25 yd, 50 yd, 100 yd, and 200
yards. Please read
our rules for more information.
The
range is open from 9 AM to dusk. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Our neighbors
thank you.
Guests
must be accompanied and supervised by a member at a one at a
time ratio. If a member brings two guests, only one can be
shooting at a time.
 No
armor piercing or tracer ammunition may be used.
A
complete set of
range regulations is posted and all members have been
briefed.
The
Outdoor range is operated by Walter Fray and Gene Musante.
Periodically
the club will run a shoot such as .22 Rimfire Silhouette. Big
Bore, military rifle, and black powder have been run in the
past, and if a member wishes to restart it, just bring it to the
attention of the Outdoor Range Committee.
Range Orientations
Outdoor
range orientations are scheduled for the two Saturdays following
the monthly board meeting. The orientation is a walk-through of
the Outdoor range and begins at 8:45 AM sharp. Rules and
regulations and other pertinent information for the area are
explained. If you have any questions regarding this orientation,
