Plymouth Rod & Gun
Club, located in America's hometown, is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the
environment, conserving our natural resources, fostering the participation in
hunting and fishing and the shooting sports such as rifle, pistol, skeet, trap,

back in 1939. The club owns approximately 118 acres of water
front property which holds:

2014 Dues Are Now Being Collected!
Regular Member: $125
Junior Member: $6
Lifetime Members: Any/all donations will be gratefully accepted
Payments received after January 31, 2014 are subject to a 10% late fee. Dues not
paid by the end of February incur a drop from the membership and deactivation of
gate access card/fob. Reinstatement will require reapplication (payment of the
initiation fee, annual dues, and range orientations).

Lock Change Information
Clubhouse locks will be
changed on or about the last weekend of January. Notices will be posted when new
keys are available.
The club’s executive
board has determined that clubhouse locks will continue to be changed on a
yearly basis. This has been prompted by the number of days and hours that the
club’s access gate is left open for ongoing weekly events.
Until such time in the
future that door locks can be changed over so that access can be done by using
individual fobs clubhouse door locks will continue to be changed approximately
the last weekend of January.
Notices will be posted when new keys become available in January – cost of the
keys will remain at $2.00.
range orientations are scheduled for first Saturday following
the monthly meeting (which is held on the first Monday of the
month). The orientation is a walk-through of
the Outdoor range and begins at 9:00 AM sharp. Rules and
regulations and other pertinent information for the area are
explained. If you have any questions regarding this orientation,
please contact Mr. Walter Fray at
The Indoor range orientation will be held immediately following
the Outdoor orientation at 10 AM at the Indoor Pistol range on
the same dates. This is a live fire exercise and you will be
required to bring a firearm (any caliber), a target, 10 rounds
of ammunition, and eye and ear protection. (Targets may also be
purchased at the range.)
Completion of the orientations is required before any use of the
ranges is permitted by the member.
Junior members of the Club and Guests must be under the direct
supervision of a Regular
member of the Club at all times. While on the shooting
line, all Junior Members and Guests will
be supervised on a one-on-one basis by a club member no matter
what their level of experience
may be. Members will stand behind and observe the Junior
member or the Guest while they are
shooting. Side-by-Side shooting of the member and their
guest is not allowed unless during a sanctioned club event.
Junior members to become involved in any the Club’s sporting
activities. Guests of members are welcome and are encouraged to
become members of
the Club after 3 visits. Note that the club does not allow
any for-profit training on its property.

About Professional Instruction On Club Property
& Gun Club policy expressly prohibits professional instruction
on club property. Violation of this policy will adversely
affect your club membership application. This policy is in
effect due to liability and insurance issues.
